教学科研情况：
主要从事旱区深埋水工岩体性能测试分析理论、洞室群围岩-支护稳定增韧技术、TBM掘进岩-机感知决策算法方面的研究工作。入选陕西省自然科学基金青年项目B类（省优青）、全国博士后研究人员资助计划（B档）、中国水力发电工程学会青年人才托举工程，“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”成员，西安理工大学首批水利工程“潜力新星”人才计划。主持国自然基金面上/青年项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助/面上资助/科研业绩评估考核资助（一档）项目、省科技厅重点项目、省教育厅科技项目、全国重点实验室开放基金及企业委托课题等20余项。近五年在《Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering》、《International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences》、《Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology》、《岩土工程学报》、《岩土力学》等国内外著名期刊发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI/EI收录24篇（以第一/通讯作者发表中科院1区top论文8篇）；申请国家发明专利25件（授权5件)，实用新型7件（授权4件），登记软件著作权3项。

担任国际水利与环境工程学会(IAHR)、中国水力发电工程学会抽水蓄能行业分会、中国大坝工程学会水工岩石力学委员会、陕西省岩土力学与工程学会青委会委员，担任《Int J Min Sci Techno》、《ROCK MECH ROCK ENG》、《TUNN UNDERGR SP TECH》及《岩土工程学报》等国内外期刊审稿人。获青海省公路学会科学技术进步特等奖（3/25）、陕西省建设工程科学技术进步奖一等奖（3/15）、中国水利教育协会优秀博士（全国仅10篇）/硕士学位论文奖、陕西省水力发电与新能源工程学会青年优秀学术论文一、二等奖，多篇论文入选《中国学术期刊》“高被引”名录。
