
明波,湖北黄冈人,1989年生,现为西安理工大学副教授、硕士生导师,中国博士后创新人才支持计划入选者。2019年5月获武汉大学水文学及水资源专业博士学位;2019年6月被聘为西安理工大学讲师,2020年10月特评为副教授。
紧密围绕清洁能源与水资源的高效利用问题,开展多能互补运行管理研究。研制了耦合智能算法与动态规划的水电机组组合优化方法;创建了水光互补协调运行“实时-短期-中长期-全生命周期”四层嵌套降维技术;丰富了流域水风光储一体化多能互补理论内涵。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然基金重点项目子题、中国博士后基金面上项目等10余项研究课题,并在黄河流域、雅鲁藏布江流域、金沙江流域、汉江流域等大江大河开展了工程应用。
共发表学术论文60余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文25篇,包括在《Applied Energy》、《水利学报》等国内外权威期刊上的SCI/EI论文16篇,2篇论文分别入选ESI高被引论文、中国百篇最具影响力的国内学术论文;获中国/美国发明专利6项,软件著作权3项。出版学术专著2部,主编中文专著1部,参编英文专著1部。
